The engine's held claim is that the huge buildout of AI data centers, nuclear power plants, and quantum computers is the 'engine room' powering that sort — and the energy and harm costs get dumped onto the people being sorted against. It ties together financial tools (like social credit and programmable money), biometric ID systems, and genome databases.
Why it matters
