The Wellness Company, a Florida supplement and telemedicine seller founded by Foster Coulson in 2022 and run since March 2023 by CEO Peter Gillooly[1].[2][3][4][5]

How it works
Coulson started it after meeting Dr. Vladimir Zelenko and staffed it with pandemic-dissident doctors - Peter McCullough as chief scientific officer, plus Drew Pinsky, Harvey Risch, James Thorp and Kelly Victory - selling 'Spike Detox' and emergency drug kits through a 50-state telemedicine network and comedian promo codes like Tim Dillon's 'TIMD'. It handles tax-free health-savings claims through WellnessPay - not Truemed, but not an in-house portal either: WellnessPay is a separate company founded and chaired by the same man who founded The Wellness Company. In May 2025 the two companies collided: after Laura Loomer accused Truemed of tax fraud, Truemed's co-founder Calley Means - then working inside the federal health department - phoned Gillooly, threatened to sue, pushed him to start doing business with Truemed, and threatened to report the company's doctors to the NIH director and to RFK Jr.; Gillooly filed a federal ethics complaint the same day, and Truemed's lawyers sent legal warning letters two days later. The recording of that call was published in September 2025.
