How it works
First, the coroner (Noguchi) found the fatal shot was fired almost touching the skin behind RFK's right ear, yet the convicted shooter Sirhan Sirhan was seen 1.5 to 5 feet in front of him, and Noguchi never confirmed Sirhan fired the killing shot; second, audio experts split irreconcilably, one hearing about 13 shots (more than Sirhan's 8-shot revolver could fire, implying a second gun) and another counting 8; third, guard Thane Eugene Cesar, standing right behind RFK with a matching .22 pistol, said he'd sold it before the killing, but the sale receipt is dated three months after. The claim that Sirhan was hypnotically programmed lines up with a documented mind-control capability, but no record proves it was used on him.
Why it matters
It matters because the engine deliberately keeps the second-shooter question and the chaotic-investigation question open rather than forcing a verdict.
The engine's record — word for word

Three documented, fact-checked forensic anomalies HELD in superposition, NOT adjudicated: (1) the Noguchi autopsy placed the FATAL shot point-blank (~1-3 in, powder burns) BEHIND RFK's right ear, irreconcilable with the convicted shooter Sirhan Sirhan being witnessed ~1.5-5 ft in FRONT; Noguchi never determined Sirhan fired the fatal shot. (2) Acoustic stalemate on the Pruszynski recording: Philip van Praag heard ~13 shots / impossible double-intervals for Sirhan's 8-shot revolver (implying a 2nd gun); Edward Primeau (iZotope RX) counted 8 — irreducible. (3) Thane Eugene Cesar (an Ace Guard Service guard directly behind RFK, owning a .22 H&R matching the weapon type) claimed he'd sold it before the killing, but the Yoder receipt is dated Sep 6 1968 — three months AFTER. The Sirhan hypno-programming ('Manchurian') claim (his 2011 defense) maps to the documented behavioral-control substrate (mkultra_legacy) HELD-NOT-ADJUDICATED: the capability existed; no record asserts or denies its application to Sirhan.
