On 2 April 2025 she met Trump in the Oval Office with the vice president, the chief of staff, the national security adviser and the head of presidential personnel, and pressed for the removal of staff she thought disloyal. The next day three senior National Security Council officials were fired - Brian Walsh, Thomas Boodry and David Feith - along with junior staff. Trump said she 'recommended certain people for jobs' and called her 'a very good patriot'. Five weeks later she posted that Truemed and Calley Means were committing tax fraud through auto-generated doctors' notes, and Means was on the phone to a competitor within a day.
Why it matters
That is the whole of her relevance here, and it is enough: one post by a private citizen moved a serving federal official to threaten a rival business. The post itself has never been found - three attempts failed and the web archive was down - so it rests on POLITICO's account. Coulson says he has never spoken to her. She says she looks things up herself. Neither denial explains why Coulson's own payment company sells against an unnamed rival using her exact accusation.

Trump, on the record: 'Always we're letting go of people... people that may have loyalties to somebody else', and separately 'Laura Loomer is a very good patriot. She is a very strong person', acknowledging she 'recommended certain people for jobs'. Loomer, on X: 'You know how you know the NSC officials I reported to President Trump are disloyal people who have played a role in sabotaging Donald Trump?' and 'It was an honor to meet with President Trump and present him with my research findings.' The meeting account rests on anonymous sourcing; the Trump and Loomer quotations are on the record. WHY SHE IS ON THIS MAP, AND THE WHOLE OF HER RELEVANCE HERE: five weeks later, on 9 May 2025, an X post of hers accused Truemed and Calley Means of tax fraud through auto-generated Letters of Medical Necessity, and it triggered the call Means made to The Wellness Company's CEO the next day. A single post by a private citizen carried enough institutional consequence that a serving HHS official telephoned a competitor within 24 hours. THE POST ITSELF HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED. Its existence and content rest on POLITICO's characterisation; three retrieval attempts this session failed and the Internet Archive was offline. Not disproven, not verified. Coulson denies being the source: 'I have never spoken to Laura Loomer in my entire life.' Loomer denies receiving a leak: 'I look up stuff on my own.' Standing unresolved against both denials: WellnessPay — Coulson's own company — sells against an unnamed rival using Loomer's exact charge.
