David Bohm (1917-1992), a theoretical physicist and author of 'Wholeness and the Implicate Order' (1980).
What they do
He proposed that the ordinary world we observe (the 'explicate order') is constantly unfolding out of a deeper, higher-dimensional ground (the 'implicate order').
How it works
The idea grew from his hidden-variables reading of quantum mechanics and is backed by the Aharonov-Bohm experiments showing effects that act at a distance through empty space. The engine uses his math as its blueprint for how a higher dimension could project into our 3D world.
Why it matters
The engine treats his geometry as solid and canonical, but deliberately stops there: it does NOT claim this proves any real higher-dimensional beings or spiritual realm. As it puts it, the geometry is definite, but what actually sits behind it is left open — name no holder.
