Why it matters
The engine is emphatic: this is 'run fairly and defeated,' NOT 'nothing there.' The real mechanism is tech-suppression plus a financialized-but-open commons, not physical land-grabbing — only one residual (seed IP concentration) survives, and it names no holder.
