Two new entries: the Captured Books (the state didn't write Orwell's warning — it bought the finished books and rewrote the film endings) and the O'Leary Episode (the one documented case of the government voluntarily opening up at real cost — and how it was shut down). One new open question with a built-in test: of twelve disclosure episodes scored, zero were volunteered at real cost, and three times across five decades the same pattern followed — cut the exposed program, pass a law that widens the machine. So the hopeful reading isn't erased; it's given a testable form: the next big curtain-lift gets judged by what happens to power afterward. No predictions touched, nobody named, the exception displayed in full on purpose.
