What happened: Arithmetic verified; the RLG gain is real-but-conventional, over-unity is held open behind a dynamometer test, and the L3 thermodynamic wall is held as a dial position rather than stamped.
A concrete buildable off-grid energy design (solar-thermal plus biogas plus nickel-iron batteries plus a generator layer) was checked and its arithmetic found internally consistent — for example 60kWh of biogas requiring 250kg of dung from 25 cows. The Tewari generator's efficiency gain is treated as real but within conventional physics, the more-energy-out-than-in claim is left open pending a dynamometer test, and the report's claim to have proven an absolute energy ceiling is not adopted.
