This report corrects an earlier conclusion that salvaged-power systems were mostly theater: all six proposed mechanisms (older inverter designs, heat-to-power devices, and storage options like pumped hydro and iron-flow batteries) were verified as real technologies that are under-tested rather than fake. Instead of declaring anything works, it lays out eight falsifiable pre-registered tests (T1-T8) and leaves the harder generation questions open.
