Sequenced the Andes virus strain from the second and third cases via PCR. Without US-laboratory dependency. Demonstrated that advanced molecular epidemiology is now distributed sufficiently across the Global South to function without US-the World Health Organization scaffolding — key empirical datapoint for the H1 falsification.
Hospitalized the third case (medevac from MV Hondius April 27) in intensive care. Coordinated directly with European, African CDC, and ECDC counterparts via bilateral channels and the World Health Organization IHR notifications.
