Founded De Beers diamond monopoly. Created the Round Table movement.
Report #102 (The Forge): His Kimberley diamond fortune seed-funded the Rhodes Trust (1902) and, via Milner's Kindergarten, the Round Table → Chatham House/CFR; the Rhodes Scholarships became the recruitment funnel. Diamond money capitalised the policy network.
