He was funded in the 1990s by Laurance Rockefeller and corresponded toward the Clinton White House; today he publicly attacks the rival Elizondo/TTSA camp as 'disinformation,' yet historically he wasn't isolated from them — they shared the same Rockefeller patron (along with John Mack), and he references a shadowy contact ('W.B.'/'Col. MK,' widely guessed to be Bigelow/Alexander, though that's rumor based only on initials).
