Schwabenland Expedition (1938-1939) / Neuschwabenland

historical_event
The Nazi Antarctic expedition that spawned a thousand secret-base theories was actually about whale fat, and the engine says the cabal version is false.
Who they are

A German expedition to Antarctica in 1938-1939 that claimed a chunk of the continent and named it 'Neuschwabenland.'

What they do

The engine tested whether this was a coordinated secret cabal operation and concluded it was NOT.

How it works

Under Göring's Four Year Plan, 82 crew sailed from Hamburg on the ship Schwabenland to reduce Germany's reliance on imported fats by setting up a whaling base; Captain Ritscher's flying boats dropped swastika markers across 350,000 square km. Norway found out only by accident, when the wife of a deputy leader mentioned it in a phone call to a Norwegian geologist, and Norway rushed its own claim five days before the Germans arrived.

Why it matters

The engine explicitly rules out the 'coordinated cabal' reading; the stronger explanations are ordinary resource-protection and reactive scrambling, and it became the foundation stone of Norway's later Antarctic ownership claims.

The engine's record — word for word
Report #89 H1 PARTIAL CONFIRM (falsifier triggered at Apex (a)). German Antarctic expedition 1938-1939 under Hermann Göring's Four Year Plan, intended to establish independent whaling base to reduce Third Reich dependence on imported industrial/dietary fats. 82-member crew departed Hamburg Dec 17 1938 aboard MS Schwabenland, arrived Princess Martha Coast / Queen Maud Land Jan 19 1939. Captain Alfred Ritscher's Dornier-Wal flying boats dropped swastika darts across 350,000 km² (Jan 20 - Feb 5 1939), naming region between 10°W-15°E 'Neuschwabenland'. CORRECTION: Norwegian intelligence acquisition was INADVERTENT — the wife of deputy expedition leader Ernst Herrmann informed Norwegian polar geologist Adolf Hoel by mistake via a phone call. Norway's Foreign Minister Halvdan Koht drafted annexation recommendation; King Haakon VII issued Royal Decree Jan 14 1939 (five days before Schwabenland arrival) claiming sector 20°W-45°E as Dronning Maud Land. German Reich formally rejected — Apex (a) coordinated-cabal reading falsified, (b) Cycle-E resource-protection load-bearing, (c) compound-null reactive maneuvering load-bearing. Foundational substrate-claim event for the entire Norwegian polar sovereignty architecture culminating in Madrid Protocol 2048 review.
