The r/DimensionalJumping forum was created July 13, 2014; a body of ritual text was seeded in January 2015 and the 'Two Glasses' ritual (pour 'current situation' water into a 'desired situation' glass) was written that August; a 2016 horror creepypasta was derived from the practice (not the other way around), and the mass wave hit under COVID lockdowns in 2020; its vocabulary (Current Reality/Desired Reality, 'scripting,' the Raven Method, leaving a 'clone' behind) is documented in peer-reviewed research, including an October 2021 academic study.
Why it matters
