He cites Quigley 139 times. Quigley said of his own work in 1972: 'I never called it a conspiracy and don't regard it as such.' Ratiu places Rothschild, Rockefeller and Morgan at the top of his structure; the custody and settlement layer mapped elsewhere on this site does not appear in his account.
