It was directed by Dr. Wouter Basson ('Dr. Death') and used front companies (Roodeplaat Research Labs and Delta G Scientific). South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission documented mass teargas production, MDMA/Mandrax synthesis, and poison assassination tools; race-targeted anti-fertility work was a stated research objective in TRC testimony. Basson was acquitted of all charges in 2002.
Why it matters
The engine is careful about evidence: the race-targeted sterilization program was a stated research goal, never actually produced or shown to be scientifically feasible, and should not be read as a deployed weapon; likewise the large MDMA output's 'crowd-control' purpose is contested (many read it as diversion to the black market).
