How it works
The Hayashi lab produced mouse pups from stem-cell-derived eggs around 2016; human efforts (companies like Gameto and Conception Bio) have only made immature cells so far, and the worry is that IVG could break the natural limit on egg numbers and let embryo selection be done at industrial scale.
