A separate document names Heidi Larson in connection with the commission, but does not say in what role. Another link ties the commission to the Rockefeller Foundation, but does not show the amount or terms of any funding.
It shows how a body that presents itself as a fresh expert effort can reuse an existing setup, with outside groups and unnamed roles behind the scenes.
