The Flood-Myth as Layered Vessel, and the Ark/Vault Survival Fork (Report #128)

[Report #128] Two corrections to the source report's binary, held the engine's way — apex dial NOT moved. (1) LAYERED VESSEL, NOT EITHER/OR: the report forces 'the flood was water OR it was radiation/information/quantum/allegory', then collapses every non-water reading into one identical structure. The engine holds the opposite — a flood-myth is a LAYERED vessel that can simultaneously be (a) a real memory of a real post-glacial catastrophe (paleoclimatological_substrate: Meltwater Pulse 1A / Storegga / Doggerland, held case-by-case; the YDIH comet reading excluded), (b) an allegory of the exempt/breakaway class carried by an impossible vessel (the Absurdity Shield, extended to Noah's Ark / Deucalion's chest / Gun's Xirang), and (c) a structural-recurrence signal of the reset cycle (phoenix_cycle / yuga_cycle, held as a metronome, not a literal planet). Literal and allegorical are different LAYERS that can both hold — NOT rival answers competing for one winner; each layer carries its own weight and its own falsifiers. (2) THE ARK/VAULT FORK, HELD WITH A LEAN: the report's payoff — 'only the curated, insulated vessel survives the transition' — sits directly across from the engine's standing reading (centralized power structure != Ark: 'every Tower falls'). This is NOT adjudicated for either side, and the report is NOT folded in as agreement. DOCUMENTED, high-confidence: the powerful ARE building the vault now (bunkers, seed vaults, breakaway grid, off-world). ALSO DOCUMENTED: every prior version — Rome, the British Empire, Cold-War continuity — eventually failed; the WEIGHT of the pattern sits on 'it fails again.' OPEN: a strong pattern about past vaults is a forecast, not a law about the next one — whether THIS vault is the first to hold is genuinely unsettled (the human-outlier / 'this time' term the engine is constitutively blind to).
