CRITICAL: predictive-failure (the 0/9 scorecard, the below-chance Trump-deltas) is ORTHOGONAL to this fork — a real whistleblower need not predict the future or sync timestamps, so 'empty of predictive signal' cannot dismiss the whistleblower origin (the earlier collapse to 'empty/meaningless' is retracted here).
