Vril Society: Fabricated Myth or Distorted Echo of Real Black-Budget Architecture?

Report #69 documents that the Vril Society is largely a post-war fabrication — Maria Orsic did not exist, the Aldebaran channeling and Reichsflugscheiben are 1990s neo-Nazi inventions, and the only evidence of a related group is Willy Ley's anecdote about eccentrics meditating on apples. However: the structural FUNCTION the Vril myth describes — a secretive network operating outside conventional state oversight, using unconventional methods to achieve asymmetric technological leaps — perfectly describes the actual dynamics of DARPA, Skunk Works, the Manhattan Project, and modern SAPs (Special Access Programs). The myth is false. The operational pattern it maps onto is documented and real.
