The MECHANISMS are documented and fact-checked (Jun 18 2026): the Frey microwave-auditory effect is real but bounded (no sustained speech — thermodynamic limit); MKUltra Subproject 119 was a real ~1960 'activation by remote electronic means' review (its exact month/$6,370 budget NOT independently verified — left uncited); MindWar (1980, Vallely/Aquino) is primarily MEDIA/perception warfare that merely references EM factors (NOT an EM mind-beam program); Project Blue Beam (Monast 1994) is a CLAIM-tier four-stage theory; Lifton's 8 totalism criteria, Seligman/Hiroto learned helplessness, and Galam's a_c=3-2sqrt(2)~=17.157% one-sided tip (and >25% two-sided deadlock) are confirmed. DISPOSITION (evidence-led): per-arm the origin lands EMERGENT/SYNTHESIS, not a single program (A synthesis, B recursive loop, C priming-real/metaphysics-self-generated, D emergent algorithmic, E engineered-saturation-of-natural-vulnerability).
