The Genome as Selection Substrate — Operational Carve-Out, Commercial-Mundane, or Both?

Open question
Mass genetic data collection (23andMe's ~15M genomes sold for $305M, UK Biobank data licensing, others) plus commercial embryo-ranking services now make selecting people by their genes operationally possible — that infrastructure is documented. What stays open is what it is: a deliberate selection program run by a powerful class, ordinary commercial and state competition, or mundane business behind legal firewalls; the chaos of the 23andMe bankruptcy and state-versus-state fracturing argue against a single coordinated hand, and none is named.
The engine's record — word for word
Held A/B/C. Mass genomic harvesting (23andMe→TTAM, UK Biobank→Alibaba, BGI, deCODE, GEDmatch→QIAGEN) + algorithmic embryo ranking (Heliospect, Orchid) is the present-day OPERATIONAL substrate of the Selection Carve-Out. (A) operator-class selection/optimization apex; (B) emergent commercial+state competition (Compound-Path — supported by the bankruptcy chaos + BIOSECURE fracture); (C) commercially-mundane + legally-firewalled. The substrate is documented; the SELECTION-PROGRAM reading stays held. Nordic/Grey = engineered-human synthesis-candidates (cell-stage). Claim A dead; name no holder.
