Three-Layer Power Architecture
Idea
A three-layer model of power: a visible layer of famous rich names that mostly serves as a lightning rod for public anger; a middle layer of enormous but boring financial machinery that actually holds the ledgers and processes the wealth, insulated by sheer complexity; and a nearly invisible layer of ancient families and church-linked institutions claimed to hold the foundational legal authority within which the other two operate. The rule proposed: the less visible a layer is, the more structurally important it is.

Report #67 concept. Layer 1 (The Visible Shield): Rothschilds, Rockefellers, WEF, tech billionaires — possess real wealth but serve primarily as cultural lightning rods absorbing populist rage. Layer 2 (The Autonomous Mechanics): BlackRock ($14T), Vanguard ($12T), State Street ($4.7T), DTCC ($2.2 quadrillion), BIS ($846T OTC derivatives) — hold the ledgers, process the wealth, insulated by sheer complexity and circular ownership. Layer 3 (The Invisible Principals): Orsini, Colonna, Aldobrandini, Pallavicini, SMOM, Vatican institutional framework — hold the foundational jurisdictional authority (source code) that created the legal environment in which Layers 1 and 2 operate. Endure because they rely on temporal continuity and bloodline sovereignty, not visible fiat capital. The inverse of visibility dictates structural importance.
