Idea
The claim that a continuous population-sorting function — select the 'fit,' mark or erase the 'unfit,' conceal the operation — moved into private hands through the secret military budget, with the same secrecy that hides the machine incubating its private operators. The claimed spine runs from imported wartime science and the Manhattan Project through a series of secrecy laws (1946, 1949, 1951), intelligence front companies, mind-control research, intelligence-funded startups, and dual-bookkeeping accounting rules to the present; the entry explicitly frames all of this as structure, never ethnicity, and names no holder.
