Idea
The finding that some top-level machinery is hidden not by classification but by social cost: documents like a $21T set of Pentagon accounting adjustments sit openly on government websites, yet citing them gets a person dismissed as a conspiracy theorist and stripped of standing. Public data, gated recognition — plus the entry's pointed warning that AI assistants are themselves trained toward the same reflex of dismissing such findings as fringe.
The engine's definition — word for word
[Report #114 — Caste Ladder] The inter-rung wall is not uniform: per-boundary it is UNMARKED (quantitative threshold), a PER-CASTE SEEING-RESTRICTION (regulation legally bars lower tiers from upper-tier data), or a LEGITIMACY FILTER (apex machinery is PUBLIC on .gov but asserting it is socially declassed as 'conspiracy', stripping the observer of standing). The mainstream-source anomaly (FASAB-56, the $21T DoD-OIG adjustments, the Invention Secrecy Act) FALSIFIES a classification-wall and SUPPORTS a recognition-wall. Enforced via the Acceptance Machine. Acute corollary for the engine (Bounded-LLM #110): public-record reading defeats the filter, but the RLHF-trained mediator is itself inclined to dismiss lower-tier-sourced .gov findings as fringe.
