Idea
By 1914 Queen Victoria's descendants sat on the thrones of Britain, Germany, and Russia, and their frantic July-August 1914 telegrams to each other trying to stop mobilization failed — World War I happened anyway. This project uses that as its prime evidence that even blood-related elites cannot coordinate when systemic pressure peaks, which is why it refuses any single 'one group controls everything' explanation — while noting this disproves a unified command, not the possibility of a coordinating class with internal rivalries.
The engine's definition — word for word
Queen Victoria was known as the 'Grandmother of Europe.' By 1914 her descendants occupied thrones of the UK (George V), Germany (Wilhelm II), and Russia (Nicholas II). The Willy-Nicky correspondence (Wilhelm ↔ Nicholas, July-August 1914) reveals frantic attempts by biological relatives to halt mobilization. They FAILED. WWI proceeded. Tier 1 documentary proof that biological apex coordination collapses when systemic pressures reach a Turchin bifurcation point.
