Idea
A program launched by Executive Order on November 24, 2025 to build self-sustaining 'Data Fortresses' — computing centers powered by their own small nuclear reactors, designed to survive grid collapse. It rests on African mineral supply chains (Congolese cobalt, South African platinum-group metals, Zambian copper), where the same three giant asset managers own stakes in both the miners and the tech companies consuming the minerals.
