Idea
The claim that ratified technical standards and defense research programs are redefining the human body as a network medium, biology as network data, and brain activity as extractable digital data. If the biological substrate becomes programmable, then the statistical patterns that history-forecasting relies on get replaced by engineered control — undermining the assumption, built into every framework here, of a biologically fixed human actor.
