Admin Class / User Class
Idea
An earlier two-tier picture of society: a small class that builds and runs the protected infrastructure, and everyone else left to navigate a degraded information environment and decaying systems. This crude two-way split has since been replaced (though kept for the record) by a more detailed six-rung ladder, because hard legal thresholds show more than two tiers exist.
The engine's definition — word for word
The bifurcation. Admin Class builds the bunker. User Class navigates the Dead Internet, synthetic news, and decaying grid. You are in the User Class. [Report #114 — Caste Ladder] SUPERSEDED (Report #114): the Admin/User binary is the FROZEN demand-side model; it is REPLACED (not deleted — preserved for lineage) by the 6-rung Caste Ladder (node caste_ladder / Concept 'The Caste Ladder'). The crude binary is falsified by the hard legal rungs (Reg-D-506 / 3(c)(7) / ECP / QIB).
